I'm from Canada and moved to Maryland a few years ago. I left behind my best friend, and keeping in touch is so important (there's a point to this, I promise). She recently fell sick and had been going back and forth to the hospital. I was worried and killed me that I couldn't be there, so In looking for a delivery service I found Hazelton's. I had accidentally chosen the "pick up" option which I obviously couldn't do. I emailed the company worried because it was near their shipping deadline, and received a response a few minutes later. I have to say, the rep was understanding, professional and kind, I couldn't have appreciated it more in that moment. They had my order delivered that day, despite being so close to the deadline. I'd also like to mention that I only ordered a get well teddy bear. I honestly didn't think it would come in any packaging like flowers would, but they packed it up beautifully in a basket and wrapping! The time and care they put into the small 20$ I spent was outstanding. Mind you, this was only one experience.. But all the factors put in together just blew me away. It's nice to see a company that values their customers. Thank you (:
