Ordered beer, added cupcakes, got updates and they were delivered in time.
However, the cupcakes were absolutely smashed … when I told them the response was basically “ you should have paid for same day delivery” I saw no advice to this effect when ordering, and it shouldn’t matter how much I paid for delivery it should be treated the same and not thrown around!? I understand not the companies fault but they should feedback to the post/courier and say that to the customer. Not just give me attitude about how much I paid for delivery!
